If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or otherwise not as described on our website, we offer the exchange on our products but some products are neither refundable nor exchangeable and also there are some conditions for the exchange of the product which is written further in this document.
To claim a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team (via the link below) with your Order Number, the reason for your return, and (if applicable) evidence/photos of any product faults.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Please make sure the returned product is carefully wrapped and provide a tracking number (if possible) for all return items.
